Amendment 179 proposes to redevelop the Swan Districts Hospital Site into a number of
uses.

scheme. The new scheme proposes a number of changes including new zones, additional uses to reflect actual land uses and the introduction of several Special Control Areas.

Stay Accommodation for an existing single house.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to rezone approximately 41 ha of
land from the Private Recreation zone and Road Reserve to Urban. Rezoning will facilitate adoption of a local structure plan to guide development at the Bunbury Turf Club.
Amendment 179 proposes to include 'Nursing Home' and "Medical Centre' as additional uses in
the residential zone.
The City proposes to rezone Lot 2898 Dampier Road, Baynton from 'Local Scheme Reserve:
Public Purpose; Health' to 'Urban Development and amend the Scheme Map accordingly.
