The proposal is a revision of the Iron Valley Iron Ore Project, the subject of Ministerial Statement 0933 dated 1 February 2013.
Attachment 1 to Ministerial Statement 1044
Proposed changes to the authorised extent of physical and operational elements within Schedule 1 of MS 1044:
- Increase water abstraction of groundwater from 23 GL/a to 42 GL/a.
- Increase surface discharge of surplus dewatering water to Weeli Wolli Creek from 17 GL/a to 42 GL/a.
- Removing Pit C from the original activity description.
Changes to proposal approved under s45C on 26 November 2019.
