Attachment 2 to Statement 0840 - The proponent shall ensure that the implementation of the proposal does not cause a direct loss of Benthic Primary Producer Habitat in excess of 1.4 hectares. Interim Implementation Condition 8-1 approved under s46A on 19 May 2011.
