ProjectProponent: Department of TransportProposal description: The Department of Transport is proposing to build a new boating facility about 300 metres south of Tantabiddi Creek, located in the Ningaloo Marine Park, the Jurabi Coastal Park and the Ningaloo Coast National and World Heritage Areas, near Exmouth. The proposed new facility would replace the existing boat ramp at Tantabiddi Creek, and involves: dredging of the harbour basin and entrance channel land reclamation and vegetation clearing construction of breakwaters, revetments, boat ramps, jetties, wharfs, fishing platform, parking and public amenities decommissioning rehabilitation of the existing boat ramp facility.
