Amendment 184 proposes to:

  • Rezone an approximately 3.29 ha of Lot 102 Harrow Street, West Swan to 'Swan Valley Rural' and make 'Educational Establishment' an Additional Use. This involves approximately 3.29 ha (94%) of the total 3.49 ha lot area;
  • Apply a 'Local Road' reserve to the approximately 0.09 ha of land required to deliver the future Henley Brook Avenue and its 4-way intersection with Harrow Street; and
  • Amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
