Proposal description

Fortescue Metals Group Limited (Fortescue) proposes to develop two new mines within the Solomon Project, a greenfield site approximately 60 kilometres (km) north of Tom Price and adjacent to the North Eastern boundary of the Karijini National Park, and to construct a 127 km railway from the new mines eastwards to the existing Fortescue railway.
