Conditions 6-12, 9-1 to 9-5 inclusive, and 12-1 to 12-8 inclusive of Ministerial Statement 873 are to be removed from the statement and conditions 9-1 to 9-5 inclusive and conditions 12-1 to 12-8 inclusive are to be transferred into a new ministerial statement.
