Final decision

On the 27th July 2020 the Minister for Environment, in accordance with section 48A(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, advised the City of Mandurah that Amendment 137 is incapable of being made environmentally acceptable, and a statement of environmental conditions cannot be delivered and published under section 48F of the EP Act. (See Minister's decision below).
