These changes include ‘Cinema/Theatre’ from ‘D’(discretionary) to ‘P’ (permitted) in the ‘Commercial’ zone and ‘Cinema/Theatre’, ‘Medical Centre’ and ‘Reception Centre’ from ‘D’ to ‘P’ in the Joondalup Activity Centre Zoning Table.
