Conditions 6-12, 9-1 to 9-5 inclusive, and 12-1 to 12-8 inclusive of Ministerial Statement 873 are to be removed from the statement and conditions 9-1 to 9-5 inclusive and conditions 12-1 to 12-8 inclusive are to be transferred into a new ministerial statement. The change will facilitate the transfer of conditions relevant to the operation of port facilities from Chevron Australia Pty Ltd to the Pilbara Ports Authority via this new Ministerial Statement.
