Mr H J Hawke proposes to subdivide Lot 2 Ellenbrook Road, Bullsbrook, into 8 lots of approximately 2 hectares (ha) each and a service road, for rural residential purposes. The land, which is located within the Environmental Protection (Western Swamp Tortoise) Policy area, covers an area of approximately 17.15 ha and is adjacent to the Ellen Brook. A Conservation Category Wetland (CCW)s and Bush Forever Site 296 extend along and into the eastern boundary of the property.
