The land, which is located within the Environmental Protection (Western Swamp Tortoise) Policy area, covers an area of approximately 17.15 ha and is adjacent to the Ellen Brook. A Conservation Category Wetland (CCW)s and Bush Forever Site 296 extend along and into the eastern boundary of the property.
