Attachment 1 to Statement 967 - Include a 139.46 hectare development envelope for the temporary pipeline corridor; include DMMA B as a location for dewatering discharge; and update Figure 1 and delineation coordinates - change to proposal under s45C approved on 21 July 2017.

Attachment 2 to Statement 967 - Changes:

  • increase the dredging area development envelope by 6.9 ha to allow for deepening of the Stingray Creek Southern Swing Basin;
  • dredging volume increase by 400,000 m3 (total volume of 2.4 million m3); and
  • update Figure 1 and delineation coordinates.

Change to proposal under s45C approved on 14 April 2020.

Attachment 3 to Statement 967 -Changes:
• Include an increase to the causeway construction Development Envelope by 0.069 ha to allow for a straight path between DMMA C and the Land Backed Warf Area (total Development Area increase from 195.00 ha to 195.07 ha).
• Include an increase to average vertical dredge profile from 0.2 m to 0.5 m for berth pockets, shipping channel and turning basin dredging.
• Include onshore placement of remaining dredge material within Dredge Material Management Area C (DMMA C).- change to proposal under s45C approved on 27 September 2023.
