Information
The implementation of the proposal to which Environmental Protection Authority Report 1493 relates is subject to the conditions and procedures contained in Ministerial Statement 0548, as amended by the following:
- Implementation Conditions 1 to 8 and Proponent Commitments 1 to 11 are deleted as the proposal is subject to the conditions and procedures contained in Ministerial Statement 0879 (published on 16 November 2011).
