The proposal is for the expansion of the existing titanium dioxide plant, to increase the plant production capacity from 79,000 tpa of finished titanium dioxide pigment, at the Kemerton Industrial Park, within the shire of Harvey, 140 kilometres south of Perth, 17 kilometres north east of Bunbury and 4 kilometres east of Leschenault Estuary.
