Amendment of implementation Condition 10 (Terrestrial Fauna – Pilbara Leaf-nosed Bat) to allow for ground disturbing activities within the mining exclusion zone surrounding Cave 13 and Chateau Cave, which will result in the removal of Cave 13 and Chateau Cave where the proponent can demonstrate the viability of the population is maintained within a 100 kilometre radius of Cave 13 and Chateau Cave.
