Change of Proponent from Chevron Australia Pty Ltd to Pilbara Ports Authority, approved 19 June 2020.

Attachment 1 to Statement 1131 - Changes: Amend the Short Description of the proposal and current Authorised Extent (onshore disturbance area) of MS 1131 to include an additional 43.44 hectares associated with the development of the proposed Eastern Port Precinct adjacent to the existing materials offloading facility. Change to conditions approved under S45c on 2 Februrary 2022.

Attachment 2 to Statement 1131 - Delete condition 6 of Ministerial Statement 1131. Administrative update to Table 3 of Schedule 1. Change to conditions approved under S45c on 4 July 2025.
