The proponent has requested consideration be given to removal of condition 9, which is the spider monitoring program.

The Minister noted, that during the assessment of the proposal, offsets were proposed by the proponent but were not conditioned in Ministerial Statement 805. 

As part of this inquiry, the Minister requested that consideration is given to the application of offsets to the proposal and whether they should be included as a condition.
