Inclusion of provisions in Amendment 11 that are proposed to be added to Schedule 12 of the Master Plan to allow contributions to be spent on works identified in the Biodiversity Strategy Review. The works include establishing/rehabilitating (where applicable) and managing Key Natural Areas, Conservation areas and Green linkages and the cost of design activities and project management.
