Pursuant to Section 46(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, the Minister for Environment has requested the Environmental Protection Authority to inquire and report on the suggestion that Condition 1, point 1 of Ministerial Statement 33, which requires that the proponent carry out its manufacturing process between the hours of 6.00 am and 10.00 am, be changed so that the hours of operation are between 6.00 am and 10.00 pm.
