The proposal is to develop the Bulong Nickel Cobalt Laterite Project. The proposed nickel/cobalt ore mining and processing operation is located approximately 30km east of Kalgoorlie, in Western Australia. The project involves the establishment of open cut mine pits, a processing plant and associated infrastructure. The project will produce refined products of nickel and cobalt.
