Dredging of approximately 9.1 million tonnes of shellsand from two zones on Success Bank, Owen Anchorage over the period 1997 to approximately the end of 2002. Shellsand of high quality, about 92% calcium carbonate is used by Cockburn Cement Ltd (the proponent) for the manufacture of quicklime and cement products.
