Apache Northwest Pty Ltd proposes to drill two exploration wells, Chelonia-1 and -2 in Permit Area EP 342 which is located at the head of Exmouth Gulf. Both wells will have the same surface location, situated outside the Ningaloo Marine Park, approximately 100 m from the boundary and 4 km to the SSW of South Muiron Island.
