The Midland Redevelopment Authority proposes to remediate 15.5 hectares of land referred to as the Clayton Precinct which comprises the eastern part of the Midland Railway Workshops site located immediately south of the Midland town centre in Midland. The proposal is to remediate the 15.5 hectares identified as Areas B, C and D for the development of a Police Operations Support Facility.
