Attachment 1 to Statement 945 – 110 metre extension of the trestle jetty resulting in increasing the development envelope from 515 hectares (ha) to 516 ha; Increase clearing and disturbance to the sub-tidal zone from 0.3 ha to 0.4 ha; Amendment to the “Short Description” and Inclusion of Table 4 Coordinates defining development envelope - change to proposal approved under section 45C on 23 January 2015.

Attachment 2 to Statement 945 – Change to the limits or extents of the proposal:
• increase in the development envelope of 58 hectares (ha) (from 516 to 574 ha)
• increase of 0.05 ha in the disturbance limit for sub-tidal habitat. In addition, updated bathymetric survey data redefines the lowest astronomical tide line, which has changed the sub-tidal disturbance limit from 0.4 ha to 2.5 ha
• increase of 4.3 ha in the clearing limit for algal mats communities (from 22 to 25.3 ha)
• introduction of a clearing limit for samphire communities of 22 ha, which is an increase of 5.8 ha from the Approved Proposal.

Change to proposal approved under section 45C on 1 July 2022.
