Information: 

Attachment 1 to Statement 781 - Alternative access to remove mangroves - change to proposal approved under s45C on 30 March 2009.

Attachment 2 to Statement 781 - Increase the size of the dredge footprint by three hectares to 28 hectares, and increase volume of material to be dredged by 50,000 cubic metres to be 3,950,000 cubic metres - section 45C change to proposal approved on 15 December 2009.

Attachment 3 to Statement 781 - Increase the height of DMMA B1 to 30 mAHD - section 45C change to proposal approved on 25 January 2022.
