Attachment 1 to Statement 0749 – Increase to mine life, ore mined and waste rock volumes, deepening of the Kookaburra pit, and an increase to pit and land disturbance areas – change to proposal approved under s45C on 28 September 2011.

Attachment 2 to Statement 0749 – Development of Osprey Satellite Pit – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 1 November 2012.

Attachment 3 to Statement 0749 - Increase the clearing of native vegetation from 120 hectares to 152.95 hectares. Increase the size of Kookaburra pit from 7.3 hectares to 7.8 hectares. Increase the life of project from 25 months to 31 months. Change to proposal approved under section 45C on 23 February 2024
