This Statement has been amended by Ministerial Statement 0978.

Attachment 1 – Increase in terrestrial vegetation and ground disturbance area – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 17 December 2012.

Attachment 2 – Disposal of dewatered groundwater, and addition of a pipeline development envelope – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 19 February 2014.

Attachment 3 – Correction of an unintentional error in Attachment 2 - correction approved on 4 April 2014.

Attachment 4 – The Minister for Environment has requested the EPA to inquire into the matter of changing the conditions relating to the proposal, pursuant to section 46 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. This Notice of Interim Implementation Conditions is to have effect until such time as a statement is published under section 45(5) as applied by section 46(8) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 - approved under section 46A on 10 April 2014.
