The Western Australian Planning Commission has initiated Amendment 0054-57 to rezone Lot 29
Jeffrey Road, Glen Iris from 'Public Purpose- Special Uses' reserve to 'Urban Deferred' zone to
facilitate future residential development.
The Western Australian Planning Commission has initiated Amendment 0053-57 to
update various zones and reservations; and rationalise zonings and reservations
anomalies to match cadastral boundaries, under the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme.
The amendment proposes numerous modifications to the Scheme Text including provisions
for length of stay, environmental, public health and amenity protection.
To allow 'Grouped Housing', 'Multiple Housing' and 'Mixed Uses' as an additional use on a
portion of Lot 1
The Shire of Augusta-Margaret River has initiated Amendment 58 to rezone the above lots from
'Rural Residential (RR)' to 'Rural Residential 38 (R-R38)' to facilitate subdivision to 1 hectare lots
