Forrest from 'Public Purposes' to 'Rural Residential 1'.
The City of Armadale proposes to introduce zones and reserves over the Champion Drive
Precinct as part of the process of reintroducing the precinct into the City's Town Planning Scheme No.4 (TPS 4). The precinct is currently within the Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2
with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) as the authority responsible for planning.
Amendment 144 proposes to update the existing Structure Plan (No.93/7/1) and further
subdivide Lots 4-7 Lantzke Road and Lot 3 McLean Road, Scotsdale from S to 11 lots.
Amendment 177 proposes to rezone approximately 3.6 hectares of land from Special
Residential to Urban Development, and modify Schedule 11 by removing the location from Special Residential Reserve No. 2 provisions.
Amendment 146 to Town Planning Scheme 3 proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 705 and 706 Armadale Rd Treeby (approximately 47.7 ha) from 'Resource' to 'Development', and amend the Scheme map and text accordingly.
Amendment 181 proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 1 and a portion of Lot 2 Great Northern,
Highway Bullsbrook from 'General Rural' to 'Residential Development'; rezone a portion of Lot 1 Vale Road,
Hazelmere from 'Rural Residential' to 'Light Industrial' with 'Restricted Use'; and rezone a portion of Lot 100
Weir Road, Malaga from Regional Reserve 'Public Purposes' to 'Industrial Development'.
Amendment 170 proposes to partially rezone portions of Lots 9500 and 9501 Mandurah Rd Baldivis (the subject land) from 'Rural' to 'Special Residential' and amend the Scheme text and maps accordingly. It is proposed to modify the Scheme text to update 'Schedule No. 5 - Special Residential Zones' in Town Planning Scheme 2 to include the subject land, and to amend the Scheme maps accordingly.
The City of Armadale proposes to. zone and reserve land within the Forrestdale Business
Park East Precinct. Scheme Amendment 107 has been initiated in preparation for the future resumption of planning control from the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority.
