text relating to 'Club Premises' being a discretionary use for portion of Lot 9000 Plantagenet Crescent, Hamilton Hill.
This amendment is to reflect the new reservation over Stirling Highway from Grant Street to
Jarred Street by zoning these properties to the 'Residential' zone.
The proposed scheme amendment proposes to rezone Lot 221 Lakes Road and parts of Lot
400 Paterson Road, Nambeelup from Rural to Industrial.
Amendment 37 proposes to rezone Lot 7 Forrest Beach Road, Wonnerup from 'Agriculture'
zone to 'Conservation' zone, 'Reserve for Recreation' and 'Reserve for Public Purpose (Water Tank).
