The amendment proposes to insert a ‘Royal Perth Hospital Flight Path Protection Special Control Area’ at Schedule 4 of the Scheme. The amendment proposes provisions to control maximum development height within the flight path corridor, to protect the corridor from obstructions and/or hazards. The proposed provisions include a process for consultation with the East Metropolitan Health Service as the owner of the Royal Perth Hospital helipad site.
The amendment proposes to update the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme 2 (DPS 2) to reflect development that has occurred under the Carramar South/Tapping North Agreed Local Structure Plan No. 21B (ASP 21B). The amendment will enable rezoning of lands and the transfer of relevant provisions and requirements from ASP 21B to the DPS 2.
Rezoning of part Lot 151 (part), Lot 152 and Lot 50 Raymond Road, Roelands from the Rural
Zone to Urban Deferred Zone in order to facilitate future urban development within the
Treendale Urban Expansion Area.
The amendment proposes to modify Clause 3.4, Table 4 of the Local Planning Scheme to add
Restaurant/Café as an additional use (discretionary use) and amend the Scheme Maps
accordingly.
The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 621 Harlequin Street and Lot 1 South Coast Highway Denmark from Rural to Residential R20-R40; amend the scheme map accordingly and to modify the scheme text to include Structure Plan provisions for the amendment area.

Amendment 110 proposes to amend the text provisions in LPS 3 Schedule 12 Development
Contribution Areas to increase the operating period of the Developer Contribution Plan for the
Forrestfield High Wycombe Light Industrial Area Stage 1 Development Control Area from 10 to
15 years.
Amendment 2 proposes to remove the ‘Special Control Area 1 – Oakajee Industrial Zone and Buffer’ (SCA 1) zone from Lot 100 wells Road Howatharra. The amendment is required to correct a local and state government cartographic error that mistakenly identified Lot 100 as being within SCA1.
The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 106 (No. 88) Hale Road, Forrestfield from ‘Residential’, ‘Mixed Use’ and ‘Public Purposes’ to ‘District Centre’. The proposed amendment is to facilitate the redevelopment of the subject site for use as an integrated health/community hub and show room, by consolidating the current zonings and permissible land uses.
