Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) Amendment 1412 proposes to rezone approximately 98.3ha in Baldivis from ‘Rural’ to ‘Urban Deferred’.
Amendment 167 aims to partially rationalise Development Area 34’s (DA34) Structure Plans 34A and 34C by rezoning various lots within DA34 from ‘Development’ to respective on ground zones and reserves; text modifications; and reducing the extent of the DA34 special control area boundary as depicted on the Scheme Amendment Map.
The amendment proposes to alter the residential R-code zoning of Lot 18 Francis Road, Port Denison from R12.5 to R30; modify the Scheme Map accordingly and to adopt a local development plan concurrently with Amendment 21 for Lots 16 and 18 Francis Road, and Lot 17 Point Leander Drive Port Denison
Amendment 99 proposes to reclass the above area from ‘Residential’ to ‘Local Public Open Space’ and amend the scheme maps.
The amendment proposes to rezone the above area from Parks and Recreation reservation to Public Purpose – Special Use reservation to facilitate development of a children’s hospice.
Amend Development Contribution Area 5, Right of Way Map 2 contained in Schedule 11A of Local Planning Scheme No. 3, to include the land abutting Right of Way No. 22015.
The Shire proposes to consolidate and replace its existing planning schemes with Local Planning Scheme 6 (LPS 6). The proposed LPS 6 will provide for consistency with updates to the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015 and model scheme text.
