The City of Wanneroo proposes to permit the use of ‘Car Park’ at Lot 802 as currently the parking of caravans and boats is not a permitted use under the ‘General Rural’ zone.
The Shire of Dundas has initiated Amendment 11 to rectify an administrative error from the finalisation of Amendment 9. Amendment 11 will allow ‘Service Station’ use and the other uses under the Special Use zone for Lot 3, which was originally proposed when Amendment 9 was initiated.
