Amendment 27 proposes to rezone Lot 21 Perup Road, Balbarrup from ‘Rural Residential’ to ‘General Agriculture’, and to amend the scheme map accordingly.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme to transfer sections of land known as Roe 8 and Roe 9 from Primary Regional Roads (PRR) reservation to Parks and Recreation reservation and Urban zone; from Parks and Recreation reservation to Urban zone; and from Urban zone to Parks and Recreation reservation
The amendment proposes to rezone various lots within the townsite of Pingelly to reflect current and/or predominant use of the site and for the consolidation of the townsite.
Amendment 42 proposes to insert a new land-use class, ‘Renewable Energy Facility’ and corresponding land-use permissibility in the Zoning Table (Table 1), and insert a new definition of ‘Renewable Energy Facility’ within Schedule 1 – Interpretations.

The amendment proposes to amend Local Planning Scheme 1 Schedule 7 Special provisions relating to development on land zoned ‘Rural Residential Zone’ to include Lot 201 Burnside Road, Burnside with specific conditions and requirements for the purpose of enabling subdivision of the amendment area. The scheme map will be amended accordingly to reflect the inclusion of Lot 201 as R-R 44 in Schedule 7.
Amendment 76 proposes to rezone Lot 500 from ‘General Agriculture’ to ‘Future Development’ zone; amend Schedule 11-Structure Plan Areas of the Scheme text and amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
Amendment 1398/57 proposes to transfer approximately 1.3 hectares of land in Girrawheen from the ‘Public Purposes – High School’ reserve to the ‘Urban’ zone under the Metropolitan Region Scheme. The proposed ‘Urban’ zoning will facilitate the development of a community centre.
Amendment 183 proposes to rezone Lot 4 Fifty Road, Baldivis from ‘Rural’ to ‘Special Rural’ and to insert the Lot in Special Rural Zone Schedule 4 of the Town Planning Scheme. The proposed rezoning is to facilitate future subdivision and development of a second residential lot at the proposal site.
