The City of Belmont proposes to add ‘Third Party Signage’ as a land use in its zoning Table
and designate ‘Third Party Signage’ as an ‘X’ (not permitted) land use in all zones.
The area comprises of residential buildings which generally extends between the railway line to Berwick Street and Canning Highway to Oats Street, in Victoria Park.
The City of Swan proposes to rezone Lot 811 (No.6) Tipper Court, Hazelmere from 'General Industrial' to 'Special Use'. The rezoning will facilitate development of a commercial hub based around a service station. The scheme amendment will insert conditions of development specific to Lot 811 into Schedule 4 of the scheme text. Conditions relate to permitted land uses and requirements for sewage disposal
The City of Swan proposes to rezone the Scheme Maps so that the Aircraft Noise Exposure Special Control Area for Perth Airport is consistent with the endorsed 2020 Perth Airport Australian Noise Exposure Forecast (ANEF) contour mapping for land affected by the 20 and above ANEF noise contour. The rezoning is proposed to be consistent with State Planning Policy 5.1 ‘Land Use Planning in Vicinity of Perth Airport’.
The Shire of Exmouth proposes to reclassify a portion (approximately 350m2) of Lot 100 Koolinda Way, Exmouth from Public Open Space to Light Industry to reflect the existing land use and on ground development.
The City proposes to rezone and reserve Lot 105 Frenchman Bay Road Big Grove from ‘Public Use’ to ‘Future Urban’ and ‘Parks and Recreation’.
The City of Canning proposes to reclassify 0.06 hectares (ha) of Lot 92 Coulson Way Canning Vale from ‘Public Open Space’ reserve to the ‘General Industry’ zone, to enable sale or lease of the land. Lot 92 is zoned ‘Industrial’ in the Metropolitan Region Scheme and is surrounded by ‘General Industry’ zoned lots and the Roe Highway Primary Regional Road reservation.
The Shire of Gingin proposes to amend the scheme map by rezoning Lot 100 (No.1492) Bennies Road, Cowalla from the General Rural zone to the General Rural – Coded zone and allocating General Rural codes of GR20 over the portion of the land north of Bennies Road and GR30 over the portion of the land south of Bennies Road. This is intended to facilitate the subdivision of Lot 100 into three lots. The scheme text will be amended to reflect the rezoning and to include a provision for the retention of remnant vegetation.
The City of Stirling proposes various changes to its scheme text and maps. Changes include
amending the scheme maps to correct errors and remove the Development zone where it is no
longer required.
The City of Stirling proposes to modify the Development Contribution Plan for Rights of Way Improvement Works in Schedule 11A of Local Planning Scheme No.3. The amendment will exempt certain works from requiring contributions, and also add and remove some laneways from the plan.
