The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 2 Fisher Road Kudardup from General Agriculture to Rural Residential zone, and amend Schedule 7 special provisions relating to development rural residential land, specific to Lot 2. Amendment 77 is approximately 74.7 hectares in area.
City of Cockburn Town Planning Scheme (TPS) Amendment 166 proposes to zone portions of land within the former Roe 8 and Roe 9 as ‘Residential’, ‘Urban’, and ‘Mixed Business’. The amendment proposes zoning the future MRS ‘Urban’ zoned land, between Leda Street and the future MRS ‘Parks and Recreation’ reserve straddling Blackwood Avenue ‘Development’ and applying special control area ‘Development Area No.46’, with associated structure planning provisions. The land associated with the amendment is currently reserved as ‘Primary Regional Road’ in the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) and is proposed for future ‘Urban’ or ‘Parks and Recreation’ zoning.
The amendment proposes to rezone portions of Lots 28 and 36 Woodvale Drive,
Woodvale from ‘Rural’ and ‘Private Community Purposes’ to ‘Residential’ (R30). The
proposed amendment is to facilitate future residential development consistent with the
City of Joondalup’s Local Planning Strategy.
Amendment 71 proposes to rezone Lots 202-203 Wandena Road and Lots 204-205 Great Northern Highway, Muchea (82 hectares) from ‘Agricultural Resource’ zone to ‘General Industry’ and ‘Light Industry’ zone and to amend Schedule 11-Muchea Employment Node Special Control Area by including provisions, and to amend the scheme maps accordingly.
Amendment 7 proposes to amend the Shire of Carnarvon’s Local Planning Scheme 13 in relation to the Wooramel and Minilya Bridge Roadhouses, by modifying Schedule 4 ‘Special Use Zone 1’ and adding ‘Hotel’ to the permitted uses, inserting new conditions specific to the ‘Hotel’ use, amending incorrect zonings and land description references, and amending the scheme maps accordingly.
Amendment 12 proposes to rezone Lot 81 South Western Highway, Davenport from ‘Industrial Development’ to ‘General Industry’ zone; modify the scheme map accordingly and insert text into Schedule 3 – additional site and Development Requirements Table 6
The amendment proposes to introduce additional land uses within the portion of the site designated as RU17A under Schedule 3 of the Scheme Text.
Amendment 159 proposes to update the zoning and reservation of various land parcels across the City to match the developed on-ground situation, existing tenure of various landholdings, and respond to the outcomes of MRS Amendment 1393/57.
The amendment proposes rezoning of Land to District Centre zone; assignment of Density Codes to Kelmscott District Centre Precinct Structure Plan area; reclassification of Lot 39 Page Road, Kelmscott to Parks and Recreation (Local); rezoning of various lots on Gilwell Avenue/Clifton Street and Lot 802 Erica Street to Residential; Removal of Special Use Zone 1 from portion of Page Road and Fancote Park; application of Development Area No.67 (Special Control Area) over the Kelmscott District Centre; District Centre Zone objectives review; District Centre Zone Land Use Permissibility review.
The Shire has initiated Amendment 154 to Town Planning Scheme 3 (TPS3), which proposes to add Lot 1 Riverbend Lane Scotsdale (Lot 1) in Additional Use (AU) Site No. 12 ‘Educational Establishment’ in Appendix 2 Schedule of Additional Use Sites and amend the scheme map accordingly. This is to enable the expansion of the existing school site located to the north of Lot 1. It is also proposed to amend the scheme text in AU Site No 12. to replace Pt Lot 613 Scotsdale Road with Lot 110 on Plan 21633 (No. 222) Scotsdale Road Scotsdale. This is the existing school site.
