The Shire of Augusta-Margaret River proposes to include two lots in a Rural Residential Area
with accompanying conditions in Schedule 7 to control subdivision and development.
Amendment 204 proposes to allow ‘Additional Use No. 22’ of ‘Storage’ and ‘Industry – mobile crushing plant’ at a portion of Lot 10 Temple Road, East Picton. The proposed additional uses are discretionary uses (‘D’) and are subject to conditions.
Amendment 72 proposes to rezone Lot 102 Moodjar Court, Karridale from ‘Priority Agriculture’
to ‘Future Development’ to facilitate residential subdivision and development. Inclusion of an
associated ‘Structure Plan Area 37’ table in Schedule 11 of the Local Planning Scheme is also
proposed.
Amendment 187 proposes to allow ‘Additional Uses’ of ‘Medical Centre, Consulting Rooms and Health Studio’ in the ‘Rural’ Zone at Lot 5000 (No. 531) Eighty Road, Baldivis to facilitate further development of the Baldivis District Sports Complex. The amendment also proposes scheme text for the ‘Additional Uses’ for the primary street setback to be a minimum of 3m, and 10m to all other lot boundaries.
Amendment 183 proposes to rezone Lots 10 and 11 Dundebar Road and Lots 28 and 29
Belgrade Road Wanneroo from Rural Resource to Urban Development and amend the scheme
map accordingly. The amendment also proposed to include into Schedule A – Supplementary
provisions to the deemed provisions, subclause (3) relating to Clause 69 of the deemed
provisions. Subclause (3) is intended to enable development contributions to be required at
time of development approval, should no subdivision or amalgamation be involved.
The Shire of Dardanup has initiated LPS 9 to replace the existing Town Planning Scheme 3.
Amendment 71 proposes to rezone approximately 7.42 ha from ‘General Agriculture’ and
‘Priority Agriculture’ to ‘Future Development’ zone; delete ‘Additional Use 55’ from Schedule
2 of the Scheme text and amend the Scheme Map accordingly.
Amendment 72 proposed to rezone Lot M1942 Morley Road, Lower Chittering from Agricultural Resource zone to Rural Residential zone.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to rezone the above land (12.42 hectares) from the Rural zone to the Urban zone.
