The amendment proposes to rezone various lots within the townsite of Pingelly to reflect current and/or predominant use of the site and for the consolidation of the townsite.
Amendment 1405/57 proposes to rezone approximately 27.8 ha of land in the Mandogalup locality from the ‘Rural’ zone to the ‘Urban’ zone under the Metropolitan Region Scheme
Amendment 42 proposes to insert a new land-use class, ‘Renewable Energy Facility’ and corresponding land-use permissibility in the Zoning Table (Table 1), and insert a new definition of ‘Renewable Energy Facility’ within Schedule 1 – Interpretations.
The amendment will reclassify 15.69 ha from a ‘Parks and Recreation’ reservation to a ‘Public Purposes – Special Uses’ reservation and 1.72 ha to a ‘Urban’ zone to facilitate the development of a television studio screen production facility and provide for the widening of Marshall Road and align with the abutting zoning.
The amendment proposes to introduce provisions to provide for an unrestricted length of stay for a chalet on strata lots 6-13 and 48-51.
The amendment proposes an Additional Use (A18) to enable the development of grouped dwellings and amending ‘Table 2 – Specified additional uses for zoned land in Scheme area’ to include grouped dwellings as Additional Use Area No.18 and amending the scheme map accordingly.
The amendment proposes to insert Special Provision No. 76 (SP76) over Lot 2883 Puzey Road, Wilyabrup and to introduce associated provisions at Schedule 3 of the Scheme. The proposed amendment is to provide for the development of one chalet per lot with an unrestricted length of stay, at Strata lots 20, 21, 31, 37, 46 and 47.
The Shire of Denmark proposes to rezone Lot 3 South Coast Highway, William Bay from ‘Rural’ zone to ‘Tourist (T14)’ zone and amend the scheme map accordingly. Amendment 146 also proposes to modify the scheme text to insert Tourist T14 provisions for Lot 3 in Appendix XIII – Schedule of Tourist zones this will including setting out the permissibility of a number of land uses and introducing conditions. The scheme text is also proposed to be modified to introduce land use definitions into Appendix I – Interpretations for ‘Agritourism’ and ‘Workforce Accommodation’.
The amendment proposes multiple changes to the Scheme, including modifications to the land permissibility table, rezonings to consolidate existing land uses, insertion of a new additional use and insertion of new Scheme text.
The amendment proposes to introduce Additional Use No. 7 (A7) to Schedule 4 of the Scheme, to make ‘Motor Vehicle Repair Station’ a discretionary land use at Lot 48 (No. 37) Jephson Street, Greenbushes
