Development WA proposes to add land in Bayswater and Forrestfield to the Midland Redevelopment Scheme 2 and rename the scheme to the METRONET East Redevelopment Scheme and make a number of other minor amendments in order to ensure best practise planning principles are applied.
Amendment 5 proposes to swap the respective scheme reservation and zoning for the above lots to correct an administrative error from the original preparation of the scheme.
Amendment 7 proposes to recode various properties in the ‘Broadway Corridor’ and the ‘Transition Area’.
The Shire of Murray proposes to modify the Special Provisions for the Point Grey Special Development zone set out in Schedule 7 of the Scheme to remove discretion for a marina, to amend or remove other provisions relating to a marina and making consequential changes to reflect this.
Amendment 15 proposes to include Lot 30 in the Tourism zone and recode from Residential R40 to Residential R80
The Shire of Perenjori proposes to replace its existing planning scheme with an updated scheme which is in line with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015.
Amendment 7 proposes to rezone portion of Lot 301 Adamson Road from ‘General Farming’ to ‘Light Industry’ and re-classify the portion of Adamson Road fronting Lots 301 & 525 Adamson Road from Local Scheme Reserve ‘Parks and Recreation’, ‘Light Industry’ zone and ‘General Farming’ zone to ‘No Zone’.
Reclassification of the above lot from “Public Purpose – Civic” reservation to the “Residential” zone with a “R25” density coding.
The City of Swan proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 1354 Great Northern Highway and a portion of Lot 1314 Chittering Road, Bullsbrook from ‘General Rural’ to ‘Residential Development’. An additional use which allows a Green Waste Recycling facility for Lot 1314 will be removed.
