The Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale has initiated Amendment 209 to update and align Town
Planning Scheme 2 with the new Mundijong Local Development Strategy and Mundijong
District Structure Plan by updating scheme provisions, preparation of a Developer Contribution
Plan and amending the scheme map accordingly.
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has initiated Amendment 98 introduce clear requirements and
standards for consideration of light industrial uses on properties within the 'Extensive
Residential' zone and limit the number of commercial vehicles that may park on residential
property.

The City of Wanneroo has initiated Amendment 173 to rezone Lot 250 Burbridge Avenue,
Koondoola from the 'Civic and Cultural' zone to the 'Commercial' zone; and recode the
Koondoola Neighbourhood Centre from 'R20' to 'R60'.
The City of Nedlands has initiated Amendment 214 to amend the scheme text to insert
'Additional Use' for Lot 381 (45) Carrington Street, Nedlands to allow for a Child Care Centre.
The City of Rockingham has initiated Amendment 164 to update Schedule No.11 of the
Scheme. This will ensure consistency between the adopted Community Infrastructure Plan
2018-2028 and the Development Contribution Plan 2.
The Shire of Tammin has initiated Local Planning Scheme 2 (LPS2) to align with the Planning
and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015. LPS2 proposes several zonings
to reflect current and future residential land uses.
