Amendment 128 proposes to include additional uses within Schedule 7 – ‘Schedule of Additional Uses’ (‘Additional Use A18’) to accommodate for permanent and holiday accommodation at Lot 39 and to amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
Amendment 21 proposes to rezone Lot 13129 from the ‘Rural’ zone and the ‘Public purposes’ reserve to the ‘Light Industry’ zone.
Amendment 22 proposes to:
• rezone Lot 1 Forrest Street, Boyup Brook from ‘Residential’ to ‘Town Centre’ zone and
delete the R15/30 code;
• rezone Lot 35 Barron Street, Boyup Brook from ‘Residential’ to ‘Town Centre’ zone
and delete the R15 code;
• amending the Scheme Maps and text by replacing the ‘Commercial’ zone classification
with the ‘Town Centre’ zone classification, and
• delete clause 30(2) relating to Septic Tank Effluent Disposal for a dual density code of
R15/30.
Amendment 12 proposes to insert supplemental provisions to Schedule 1 of the Scheme. The proposed provisions guide development approval requirements for trees within ‘Residential’ zoned areas with a density code of R20 or less and manage the removal and retention of trees on private land.
Amendment 1397/57 proposes to reclassify approximately 19.8 hectares of land along the Mangles Bay foreshore from the ‘Port Installations’ reserve to the ‘Public Purposes- Commonwealth Government’ and ‘Parks and Recreation’ reserves under the MRS.
Amendment 20 proposes to rezone Lot 127 Point Leander Drive, Port Denison, from ‘Special Use’ zone to ‘Residential R30’ zone; deleting entry number 9 from Schedule 4 – Special Use Zones and modify the Scheme Map accordingly.
Amendment 123 proposes to amend ‘Additional Use No. 32’ (AU32) in the City of Armadale Town Planning Scheme 4, including modification of conditions to AU32 and application of AU32 to Lots 100 & 101 Foster Road, Kelmscott. The proposed amendment is to facilitate the expansion of an existing medical centre and associated carparking.
Amendment 19 proposes to insert ‘Service Commercial’ zone into the Scheme and rezone Lot 889 Albany Highway, Williams from ‘Rural’ to ‘Service Commercial’ and ‘Industry’ zones.
Amendment 11 proposes to change the land use permissibility of Tourism and Hospitality within the precinct of the Joondalup Activity Centre Plan. These changes include ‘Cinema/Theatre’ from ‘D’(discretionary) to ‘P’ (permitted) in the ‘Commercial’ zone and ‘Cinema/Theatre’, ‘Medical Centre’ and ‘Reception Centre’ from ‘D’ to ‘P’ in the Joondalup Activity Centre Zoning Table.
Amendment 7 proposes to introduce a ‘Tourism’ Zone and associated provisions to Town Planning Scheme 4. The amendment also proposes to rezone Lots 182-191 Armstrong Street and Lots 192-199 Gillam Street, Cranbrook and a portion of road reserve/laneway to ‘Tourism’ to facilitate development of an Indigenous Cultural Eco-Tourism Precinct.
