Development. The Amendment areas is known as Precinct 3B within the Maddington Kenwick Strategic
Employment Area.

The purpose of Amendment 15 is to rezone a portion of Lot 500 (No. 81) Ranford Road, Canning Vale from ‘Public Open Space’ to ‘Environmental Conservation’ reserve.
The amendment proposes to rezone multiple lots at the above locations and to introduce provisions at Table 7 of the Scheme to facilitate the development of road infrastructure and the South Hedland Integrated Sports Hub. The amendment also proposes to provide for additional developable land to facilitate expansion of the South Hedland townsite.
Amendment 7 proposes to amend the Shire of Carnarvon’s Local Planning Scheme 13 in relation to the Wooramel and Minilya Bridge Roadhouses, by modifying Schedule 4 ‘Special Use Zone 1’ and adding ‘Hotel’ to the permitted uses, inserting new conditions specific to the ‘Hotel’ use, amending incorrect zonings and land description references, and amending the scheme maps accordingly.
Amendment 12 proposes to rezone Lot 81 South Western Highway, Davenport from ‘Industrial Development’ to ‘General Industry’ zone; modify the scheme map accordingly and insert text into Schedule 3 – additional site and Development Requirements Table 6
The amendment proposes a scheme amendment to rezone land at Lot 132 (No.23) Wirra Corner, Part Lot 9002 (No. 548) and Lot 9035 Lyon Road, Wandi from ‘Rural Water Resource’ and ‘Special Rural’ to ‘Development’ zone, to facilitate the residential development. The amendment also proposes to amend the boundary of Development Contribution Area 5 Wandi and Development Contribution Area 9 Wandi/Anketell to include the subject land.
The amendment proposes to rationalise zonings and to remove provisions from Table 9 of the Scheme, to reflect existing development that has been undertaken at the areas identified above, in accordance with the Twin Bartram Local Structure Plan (No. 36), Wentworth Heights, Success Local Structure Plan (No. 14) and Lot 3 Sciano Avenue, Success Structure Plan (No. 14A). The proposed amendment also seeks to reduce the spatial extent of ‘Development Area’ Special Control Area No. 14 (DA 14) in the scheme map.
