Wellington Location 2942 Southern Estuary Road, Lake Clifton from “Rural 1 General Farming” to “ Rural 6 – Rural-Residential”; and (b) incorporating into Schedule 2 of the Scheme Text Policies and provisions relating to development on Lot 3 Location 2942, Southern Estuary Road.
The purpose of the Wungong Urban Water Redevelopment Scheme 2006 in broad terms is to provide for the orderly and proper control of development within the Scheme area. The Scheme area consists of approximately 1500 hectares (ha) of rural land in Brookdale. Most of the site is substantially cleared low lying palusplain with the Wungong River traversing the site. The site is mostly in the Southern River catchment of the Swan and Canning Rivers system. A small portion drains to the Birrega Main Drain in the Peel-Harvey catchment.

To amend reservations and zonings in the Metropolitan Region Scheme consistent with the Alkimos-Eglinton Structure Plan.

The Greater Bunbury Region Scheme (GBRS) defines the broad pattern of land use for the City of Bunbury and the Shires of Harvey, Dardanup and Capel. The main purpose of the GBRS is to provide the statutory basis for implementing region plans such as the Bunbury - Wellington Region Plan (WAPC, 1995) and Greater Bunbury Structure Plan (WAPC, 1995) to ensure that regional facilities such as regional open space and regional roads are provided. The GBRS includes regional reservations and broad land use zones.
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has prepared a Region Scheme for the Peel Region, known as the Peel Region Scheme (PRS), pursuant to the Western Australian Planning Commission Act 1985. The WAPC, the Responsible Authority, proposes to recommend to the Hon Minister for Planning that the PRS be submitted to Parliament for final approval.
Section 48D of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 requires the EPA to report to the Minister for the Environment on the environmental factors relevant to the PRS and on the conditions and procedures to which the PRS should be subject, if implemented. In addition, the EPA may make recommendations as considered necessary.
The Shire of Kalamunda proposes to rezone approximately 138 hectares (ha) in High Wycombe to Urban Development.
The Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale has initiated Amendment 195 to rezone Lots 50, 100 and a portion of Lot 85 Gordon Road, Serpentine from 'Rural' to 'Rural Living B'. The site is zoned 'Rural' under the Perth Metropolitan Region Scheme. The proposal will facilitate the creation of five lots ranging in size from 2 to 4 hectares.
