The improvement scheme provides land use and development controls over the proposed Ocean Reef Marina area
The purpose of Amendment No. 88 is to rezone Lot 7, 106 Guildford Road, Maylands from 'Service Station' to 'Medium and High Density Residential' with the R50 density code, amend Schedule 10 to introduce a new Special Control Area (SCA) and associated development provisions covering Lot 7, 106 Guildford Road, Lot 8, 4 and Lot 5, 6 Third Avenue East, Maylands and amend the Scheme Map accordingly.
Amendment 183 proposes to:
• Rezone approximately 6.5 ha of Lot 33 Padbury Avenue, Millendon and a portion of the Padbury Avenue road reserve, to 'Swan Valley Rural';
• Rezone approximately 1.5 ha of Lot 9332 Hammersley Road, Caversham (formerly Riverbank Detention facility) to 'Swan Valley Rural; and
• Amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
Amendment 89 proposes Residential Density Code changesfrom R15/40 and R25/40to R15/60 in the suburbs of Kelmscott and Armadale in the vicinity east of Challis and Sherwood train stations; deletion of a special use zone over a fully developed area; and rezoning of various lots to reflectexisting land use.
Amendment 175 proposes to insert the Use Classes listed for the 'General Industrial' zone as
Additional Uses for the 'Rural' zoned Lot 1 and part of Lot 20 Stirling Crescent and part of Lot 145 Talbot Road

Transfer of Lot 912 from the Public Purposes - Commonwealth Government reservation to
the Urban and Urban Deferred zones
The City of Armadale proposes to introduce zones and reserves over the Champion Drive
Precinct as part of the process of reintroducing the precinct into the City's Town Planning Scheme No.4 (TPS 4). The precinct is currently within the Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2
with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) as the authority responsible for planning.
Amendment 146 to Town Planning Scheme 3 proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 705 and 706 Armadale Rd Treeby (approximately 47.7 ha) from 'Resource' to 'Development', and amend the Scheme map and text accordingly.
Amendment 181 proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 1 and a portion of Lot 2 Great Northern,
Highway Bullsbrook from 'General Rural' to 'Residential Development'; rezone a portion of Lot 1 Vale Road,
Hazelmere from 'Rural Residential' to 'Light Industrial' with 'Restricted Use'; and rezone a portion of Lot 100
Weir Road, Malaga from Regional Reserve 'Public Purposes' to 'Industrial Development'.
