The City of Gosnells has initiated Amendment 169 to zone land from General Rural to Business
Development. The Amendment area is known as Precinct 2 within the Maddington Kenwick Strategic
Rezoning of 18.66 hectares from Rural to Urban zone.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to rezone approximately 178 hectares
of land in Maida Vale from the Rural zone to the Urban Deferred zone in order to facilitate
future residential development.
Rezone 47.7 hectares from Rural-Water Protection to Urban zone
Rezoning of approximately 112 hectares of land to the Urban Development zone
Rezone the above lots from 'Rural Living 2' to 'Urban Development' to facilitate subdivision.
Rezone approximately 153 hectares from the 'Rural' zone to the Industrial' zone in Forrestfield.
The City of Nedlands proposes to zone the following lots to Special Use: Lot 12830, Lot 12829, Lot 11329, lot 10024 & Lot 9722 Bedbrook Place and lot 11605 Lemnos Street, Shenton Park, amend Schedule V – Special Use Zone, to facilitate office building developments.
