The Shire of Leonora has initiated Local Planning Scheme 2 (LPS 2) to replace the existing Town Planning Scheme 1, retaining the same jurisdictional boundary. LPS 2 is largely comprised of administrative changes to align with Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. Scheme map and text amendments to include two rezonings to allow a change in land use, and four rezonings to reflect current land use.

The City of Stirling proposes to amend its scheme text in relation to the Nollamara, Balga Plaza
and Mirrabooka Village Neighbourhood Centres by inserting a new 'Neighbourhood Centre' zone, deleting some 'Additional Uses' and amending the Scheme Map accordingly
The City of Rockingham proposes to amend scheme text and maps by replacing specific areas
of land zoned Development Zone and Development Area with the corresponding zones and reserves on adopted Structure Plans.
Amendment 79 proposes updating references to the R-Codes, fixing typographical errors,
updating legislation references, minor changes to land use permissibility, and minor alterations to the scheme map.
The purpose of the amendment is to transfer portions of the existing Vincent Street Road
Reservation in Leederville from the Other Regional Roads (ORR) reservation zone to the Urban zone and Parks and Recreation - Restricted Public Access reservation. This amendment will rationalise the reservation of Vincent Street in Leederville to the existing constructed road footprint to facilitate future development.

relating to Workforce Accommodation being a discretionary use for portion of Lot 201 Brand Highway, Ginginup.
Amendment 3 proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 108 Strickland Street, Bunbury from Service
Commercial Zone to Local Centre Zone (R-AC4) and include the land within a Development Area - Special Control Area.
