Amendment 1 proposes to increase the number of discretional uses for Lot 90 Monkey Mia Road,
Amendment 1 is an omnibus amendment which proposes a number of revisions to the
Scheme text and maps. These largely relate to changes to reflect existing land uses, and
Amendment 2 proposes to add the “Additional Use” of “A place of Worship and Reception
Centre” to 187 (Lot 60) Hawkins Road, Jandabup. These “Additional Uses” will facilitate the
future development of a Hindu Temple.
The City of Wanneroo proposes to insert a new clause so that the minimum lot size in a ‘Mixed Use’ zone shall be 300m².
Amendment 1 proposes to amend a text anomaly to replace ‘Holiday Houses’ with ‘Holiday Accommodation’ for Lot 308 Banksia Drive, Coral Bay.
The City of Wanneroo proposes to zone land that has been developed in accordance with the Brighton West Village Centre Agreed Local Structure Plan No. 52 from Urban Development to Commercial and Residential.

Amendment 312 proposes to rezone Lot 442 (Number 250) Moores Road, West Pinjarra, from Rural to Special Rural.
Rezoning from Rural Conservation to Rural Conservation Area 1, introduce special provisions guiding future subdivision into two equal lots and amend the Scheme Map accordingly.
Introducing a number of changes to the Scheme in accordance with the endorsed Central
Withers Structure Plan. The changes proposed are removing the lower value of all split RCodes
lots within the structure plan area, upcoding of privately owned lots and including ‘R60’
and ‘R80’ density lots within the ‘Development Areas Special Control Area.’
