The amendment proposes an Additional Use (A18) to enable the development of grouped dwellings and amending ‘Table 2 – Specified additional uses for zoned land in Scheme area’ to include grouped dwellings as Additional Use Area No.18 and amending the scheme map accordingly.
Amendment 190 proposes to rezone the area to Special Use to facilitate an aged care
development.
The City of Armadale proposes to rezone the West Piara Urban Precinct North from General Rural to the Urban Development zone.
Amendment 188 proposes to rezone part of Lot 23 by allowing the additional use of Motor Vehicle Repairs in the north-west portion of the lot.
Transferring approximately 10.2 hectares of land in High Wycombe from the ‘Urban’ zone and ‘Rural’ zones to the ‘Parks and Recreation’ reservation in the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS). The amendment also proposes to zone a small ‘Urban’ area for future Public Open Space.
Amendment 41 proposes to establish a Special Entertainment Precent Special Control Area within Northbridge which will require noise attenuation standards for new development to meet specified sound levels, within proposed ‘Core’ and ‘Frame’ areas.
Amendment 179 proposes to redevelop the Swan Districts Hospital Site into a number of
uses.
The amendment area is no longer required for a road reserve and is currently not zoned
under the local planning scheme. The City of Bayswater proposes to zone the two lots as
Residential R25.
