The City of Cockburn proposes to rezone three development areas which form part of the
Australian Marine Complex in Henderson from Special Use 2 and Special Use 22 to Strategic Industry. The development areas were introduced to facilitate and control development of the Australian Marine Complex (AMC) which has now largely been completed.
The City of Busselton has initiated Amendment 28 (Omnibus) to Local Planning Scheme No. 21 to
• align with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations
2015
• apply zoning and reserve designations that align with the existing development
tenure of landholdings within the City of Busselton
• allow new development in specified areas as a result of the Scheme
Rezoning of Lot 163 (approximately 1174m2) from 'Residential R15' to 'Commercial' zone to facilitate accommodation and/or commercial development.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) Amendment 991/33 - South West Districts Omnibus (No. 3B) which comprises 23 proposed modifications to the MRS. The EPA determined that of these 23 proposals, four required Environmental Review, namely:
