The proposal is to construct and operate two iron ore mines, haul roads and mine infrastructure in the Yilgarn area of Western Australia, 100 kilometres north of Southern Cross. Following the appeal period and the Ministers subsequent determination on the Appeals received, the Minister remitted this proposal back to the EPA for assessment at the level of Public Environmental Review (8 weeks).
